Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Due to the nature of these products (children‘s furniture, textiles, hygiene, assembly), please review this policy carefully.

Return Window & Condition
You have 30 days from delivery to initiate a return. Items must be in new, unused, and unassembled condition (for bookshelves and sofas requiring assembly), in their original, undamaged packaging with all parts, tags, and manuals intact. Fabric storage boxes must be unopened, unused, and unwashed. For reading sofas with upholstery, they must be unused and unopened (hygiene reasons).

Non‑Returnable Items & Conditions

  • Used items: Bookshelves that have been assembled or used; fabric storage boxes that have been used or washed; reading sofas that have been assembled or used.

  • Final sale items: Marked “Clearance,” “As‑Is,” or “Final Sale.”

  • Missing/damaged packaging: Items must be returned with original packaging intact.

  • Items damaged due to customer misuse or accidents.

Return Process

  1. Contact us for a Return Authorization (RMA) number within 30 days. Returns without RMA will not be accepted.

  2. Pack items securely in original packaging with all parts. Bookshelves and sofas must be disassembled.

  3. Customer pays return shipping. For bookshelves and sofas (larger items), costs may be significant. We recommend trackable, insured service.

  4. A 15% restocking fee may apply for bookshelves and sofas.

  5. Refund issued within 10‑15 business days after receipt and inspection. Original shipping fees non‑refundable.

Exchanges
Exchanges are handled as a return and new purchase. Return the original item (following above process), then place a new order.

Damaged or Defective Items
Inspect your shipment immediately upon delivery. For freight deliveries, note any visible damage on the delivery receipt before signing. Contact us within 48 hours with clear photos. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund.

Missing Parts
If your bookshelf or sofa arrives missing hardware or parts, contact us within 7 days. We’ll ship missing parts free of charge.

Color & Material Variations
Due to differences in monitor settings and natural variations (wood grain, fabric dye lots), actual colors may vary slightly. These minor variations are not considered defects.
